Ⅰ. Daughter misses ‘old’daddy after brutal assault

 

This article is very tearful news. Mike who has lovely wife and little daughter was attacked by two drunk man, Toti Junior Toti, 23, and James Michael Mafi, 24. Mike has symptom not only that he loses parts of his memory such as his wedding, childrens’ birthday but that he is difficult to tolerate spending time with child. Two criminals were jailed for nine years.

I think these criminals were punished very lightly. Because they destroy innocent family and child suffering from them. And mike has undesirable disability. And last, it is something that never happen again. Then the judge should throw the book at criminals.

Ⅱ. Camera plan to beat bullies

 

Almost every parents who has student children worried about bullies. This article talk about schools’ effort to prevent it by CCTV. Result from camera, Misbehavior among students is decrease. And this method will be supported.

This situation make me heart-easing because this process is needed in school. The reason is three things. First, Adolescent period is very important to children because it effect to make their personality. Of course, we take all possible steps for help children growing properly by preventing bullying. And CCTV data can be used for guiding bullies by watching their misbehavior. And last, it may be used as evidence that prove crime of bully.

Ⅲ. Killer’s jail term reduced on appeal

 

 

This article talk about lagging of murderer who kill his friend and conceal the body. He beat mill to death, and he buried him in grave to cover up his crime, furthermore he use his bank card & created a fictitious social media account. He was sentenced to 9 years. But his prison time decreases 9years to 7years through appeal.

This judgment is not make sense and make me angry. If criminal, James Grant Cooper kill victim mill by unfortunate accident, I accept a little about reduction of penalties. But this is the wide prevalence of serious crime!!! There are 3 reason that I am so furious. First, he kill his friend on purpose. Second, He not only hide body but impersonate victim. And last one is judgment. Court keeps its ruling to make an example of brutal criminals. So court increase punishment to 9years again.
